Every fabric is different; as such should be looked after differently and tailored to their individual requirements.
The removable cover ring adds height from the fabric to the mesh-covered razor, which is perfect for woolly jumpers or clothes that may catch easily. For a closer shave on small bobbles use the shaver without the guard.
For speed one, simply press the power button once.
Speed one is recommend for more delicate items such as loose knit jumpers for example.
You may want to work in short strokes for these items. With a jumper for example, youwould work in the same direction as the knit pattern. Sometimes, it is most effective to use small circular motions.
For speed two, simply press the power button once.
Speed two can be used for closer knit and flatter fabrics. You can go at a faster pace on big de-bobbling jobs!

Surrounding the honeycomb mesh is a guard which that can be easily removed and cleaned with the small brush and placed back onto the shaver ready for next time. You can remove the mesh in the same way for a clean using the small brush.

Lay your fabric on a flat surface. Slowly move the FS22 over the fabric. Work out which motion works best for the material; for example on delicate materials, you may want to work in short strokes.
With a jumper, you may want to work in the same direction as the knit pattern. Sometimes it is most effective to use small circular motions.
Once you find the movement that works the best you'll whizz through the job and have newer looking clothes, sofas and bedding in no time!
