All of our products come with a one-year seller/manufacturer/commercial warranty and two-year conformity warranty.
1 Year Commercial Warranty
The one year warranty covers the costs of repairing or replacing any product that may turn faulty because of a manufacturing defect. This warranty does not cover consumable elements such as batteries or replaceable parts that may wear out due to usage. It also does not cover any fault that may arise due to negligence, accidental breakage or improper use of the product as described in the user manual.
2 Year Conformity Warranty
The two-year conformity warranty covers any error on our behalf with regards to the way it was described to the customer at the point of purchase. If you happened to receive the wrong product, or if it were to lack some of the functions as described on the product listing, this warranty could then be invoked. Please bear in mind that we regularly improve our products and that any product may therefore offer more/improved features in the future, therefore this warranty would not apply in those circumstances as the product was purchased prior to the updated description of the said product.
Finally, please bear in mind that some products may have an extended seller/manufacturer/commercial warranty, it would be specified on the product's description.
Also, all commercial warranties should by law be handled with the original seller instead of the manufacturer as an effort to protect the consumer. We are therefore not obligated to offer any warranty for any product of our brand which has been purchased by a reseller who then becomes legally responsible for the products they decide to sell.
For your information, the warranty automatically starts when you place an order with us. There is, therefore, no need to register anything to activate your warranty. If you need assistance under the warranty, all you need to provide us with your original order ID from the marketplace/website you bought it from and/or your original billing address, so we can retrieve your order information.
We will make every effort to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform if such delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, an act of God, explosion, flood, fire or accident; war or civil disturbance; strike, industrial action or stoppages of work; any form of government intervention; a third party act or omission; failure of our supplier(s); failure by you to give us a correct delivery address or notify us of any change of address, or a failure by you to affect payment.
We will inform you of any such unforeseen event as soon as possible after its occurrence and we will perform our obligations as soon as reasonably possible. Should this interruption continue beyond a period of 2 (two) weeks, you will be entitled to cancel the order, and a refund will be made in accordance with clause 4 of these Terms and Conditions.
We constantly monitor the quality of the goods that we offer to our customers in order to guarantee constant customer satisfaction. Our goods are only distributed in our channels/stores and our authorised resellers' channels/stores. You must not misrepresent yourself as being one of our authorised resellers or as being qualified to resell our Goods. We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order, if we suspect that you intend to resell our goods.
The prices of the goods are indicated on our website and will be confirmed in the order confirmation we will send to you via email.
All prices on our website are in Euros or Pounds Sterling and inclusive of VAT (20% for the United Kingdom, 20% for France, 19% for Germany, 21% for Spain, 22% for Italy, 20% for any other countries).
If ordering goods for delivery outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery costs may apply to your order as indicated on our website at the time you submit your order. Delivery costs will depend on the value of your order and your required shipping method. To see our applicable delivery charges please click here.
We reserve the right to modify the price of our goods on our website at any time and without prior notice. Changes to the price of goods will not affect your order once we have accepted the order and sent to you an order confirmation email.
